Return Policy
Global Scissors needs to to notified of any potentially faulty scissor within 7 days of being received by the customer & if found to be a manufacturer fault they will be replaced at no charge. Note : Postage back to and from Global Scissors is at the clients expense. Global Scissors takes no responsibility for damage it transit on returns or exchange.
Exchange Policy
We know that sometimes clients can make a mistake in choosing the wrong size or style of scissor. Global Scissors offers a 7 day exchange policy on new scissors with the condition that the scissor is returned undamaged and in original packaging unused. We will exchange for another scissor of similar price or will credit you towards the purchase of a more expensive pair. We do not provide refunds for any reason, we only offer exchange. Exchange is only offered once per purchase.
